Judge - Amy Leonall
Amy Leonall grew up in Charlotte,
North Carolina and has been dancing since the age of 2. She is a former Miss
Dance of North Carolina and was a finalist at Miss Dance of America. She
attended Oklahoma City University as a Dance Performance major, was on the
prestigious Pep Dancers all four years and, as a Senior, was the Director. She
graduated with a Bachelor of Performing Arts in Dance Performance from OCU and
made the big move to Texas where she tried out and made the prestigious Dallas
Cowboy Cheerleaders. Amy is excited to be a second year veteran with the DCC
and loves being able to call Dallas home. In addition to being a DCC, she is
the Artistic Director at Eminence Dance Complex and a Purre Barre
instructor. She is beyond thrilled to be
a judge for this distinguished pageant and looks forward to seeing all of the

Judge - Brian Casad
Brian Casad is a Dallas based Entrepreneur and owner of Title Boxing Club Uptown, The Annex, and PARADIGM Gym. He is an International Fitness model and has appeared on a variety of covers including TRAIN magazine, Muscle and Fitness, and Ironman Magazine. Brian grew up in Winfield, Kansas and graduated from Kansas State University in 2008 with a degree in Marketing. He is no stranger to being in front of the camera but has recently taken an interest in the other side of the lens by shooting and editing his entire branding campaign for his latest concept PARADIGM Gym. Brian is excited to be a judge for this year’s pageant.

Judge - Dawn Neufeld
Dawn Neufeld holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Studies with a minor in Women’s Studies from UCLA and a law degree from the UC Davis School of Law. She currently has a solo practice and specializes in special education advocacy. Dawn’s "happy place" is in front of the camera. A cast member on VH1’s Football Wives (2010), Dawn most recently hosted "The Broadcast" – a morning entertainment and talk show that aired in several Texas markets. Dawn also hosted Take Charge Parenting – a weekly half-hour parenting show featuring the "Kid’s Doctor" Sue Hubbard on KTXD TV. She previously hosted D210 TV, a show featuring the latest in Dallas entertainment and sports, and also co-hosted The Bite, a weekly cutting-edge entertainment show broadcast in high-volume restaurant chains nation-wide. Dawn is the reigning Mrs. Frisco and has competed in the Mrs. Texas America pageant 7 times because it gives her a platform to promote autism awareness. Her son, Will, was diagnosed with the spectrum disorder when he was three years old. In her spare time, Dawn enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, Will and Bryn, and participating in her favorite charities – Autism Treatment Center, Garth Brooks Teammates for Kids Foundation, I’m Me, and KultureCity. She is a board member of Helping Restore Ability and is a member of the Junior League of Dallas. She is an active participant and former board member of Off the Field, the national football wives association.

Judge - Timothy Rice
A native of South Carolina, Tim is a magna
cum laude graduate of Wofford College with a Bachelor degree in
Economics. He also holds a Master of
Education degree from the University of South Carolina. Tim was a 4-time Collegiate All-American and a 4-time Academic
All-American for bowling. He started a scholarship bowling tournament
in 1982 for youth bowlers throughout the southeast. To date, more than $200,000 has been awarded
in college Scholarships, exemplifying his commitment to supporting
higher education for young men. Tim is
currently a financial advisor residing in Arlington, TX, serving
his clients' accumulation and protection needs for retirement,
educating their children, and assisting them in reaching all of their financial
goals. Tim has served on the Miss South Carolina Organization Board of
Directors for the past 6 years and is chairman of the Scholarship and
Nominating Committees. He is a certified judge in the Miss America
pageant system with expertise in vocal and business.

Judge Kaitlin Gates
Kaitlin Gates served as Miss West Virginia's Outstanding Teen in 2006 and Miss West Virginia in 2012. As Miss West Virginia, she traveled over 50,000 miles sharing her platform, "Healthy Kids, Healthy Futures," with more than 40,000 students as the representative for West Virginia Partnership to Assure Student Success. She also spoke at the 2013 Children with Hair Loss Charity Ball and appeared on the shows "Fox News" and "Fly Rod Chronicles with Curtis Fleming." In June, she served on the judging panel for Miss Indiana's Outstanding Teen. Kaitlin holds a bachelor's degree in Exercise Science from Fairmont State University, which she obtained using scholarships earned through involvement with the Miss America Organization. She currently resides in Lubbock, where she is a second year student at Texas Tech University School of Law.

Judge Daniele Cagnatel
Our novice judge is Daniele Cagnatel. He is currently the Senior Vice President for Global Business Development and Strategy for GKN Aerospace. Before his appointment as Senior Vice President of Business Development and Strategy, he was President & CEO of GKN Aerostructures North America. He has also held positions as Vice President & General Manager of GKN Advanced Composite Structures in Tallasee, Alabama, Head of Operations of the GKN manufacturing facility in Filton, UK, and as General Manager of GKN Aerospace Deutschland, GmBH in Munich, Germany. Daniele has lived in Italy, Germany as well as the UK, and can speak three different languages. In his spare time, he really enjoys international travel, skiing, and car racing. He is an audiophile for both rock and classical music and has a passion for an intellectual, honest debate. He and his wife, Jacklin, reside in Dallas, Texas, with their daughter. He is intrigued by the Miss America Organization and is interested in learning more about all that it has to offer young women.

Judge Brittany Jeffers
Brittany Jeffers is excited to call Dallas 'home' after she recently joined the team as a reporter at CBS 11. Brittany is an Emmy award winning reporter/anchor who has covered everything from American Idol auditions to the destructive aftermath of the 2012 Moore tornado. During her year as Miss Nebraska 2009, Brittany shared her platform "Uniquely Me: Promoting Self Esteem in Adolescent Girls' across the state. She finished as a top 10 finalist in the 2010 Miss America Pageant in Las Vegas. Brittany is a graduate of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln with a degree in broadcast journalism. Prior to working with CBS11, Brittany was the weekend anchor/reporter at FOX23 in Tulsa, Oklahoma and the morning news anchor at KLKN Channel 8 in Lincoln, NE. Brittany was very involved with the Girl Scouts of America and volunteered her time with the Kiwanis Club of Tulsa, Miss Oklahoma Outstanding Teen Pageant and CureSearch for children's cancer.
